1. Cut pieces of PVC vinyl tube

2. Hot glue 1 end on every piece

(you may have to do this more then 1 time)

3. When dried add glitter water seed beads and coloring (optional)

4. Clean the vinyl tube pieces with a

q- tip

5. Hot glue the other end and wait for it to dry

(you may have to do this more then 1 time)

6. They are done!!!
